NICHOLAS

Nicholas Petrungaro is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter, producer and independent artist whose genre-blending sound combines pop, R&B and hip-hop. Writing from lived experience, he explores faith, identity, ambition, resilience and renewal through raw storytelling and dynamic vocal performances. Nicholas also produces, mixes and masters his own music, shaping each record from its first idea to its final release.

Starting in February 2024, Nicholas began releasing his first batch of singles, which included “Set Up To Lose,” “Start Again,” “Too Comfortable,” “Go,” “I’m Gone,” “Back On Track” and “Roads.”

In January 2026, Nicholas independently released his debut album, IGNITION, a deeply personal 16-track project about reaching the end of self-reliance, confronting doubt and choosing God while rebuilding his life. The album simultaneously marked the start of Nicholas’s music career and the moment he decided to embrace his faith in Jesus Christ publicly.

Since its release, Nicholas has continued that journey through recent singles such as “Freed Up,” “M.I.A.,” “Too Hot” and “What A Life.” The new records reflect Nicholas’s strengthened confidence and faith, leading him to reject old pitfalls. These singles offer the first glimpse of his upcoming deluxe album, IGNITION: OVERDRIVE, which is slated for release in summer 2026. Where IGNITION captured the fire being lit, OVERDRIVE will explore what happens when faith begins driving life forward.
